it's below the cut, i think it's where i want it but i wouldn't mind some final suggestions. I figured out how to block out the lastname field on gofundme (u+180e my beloved) so i could just have "Lupi" as the display name too which is good.
Currently I don't think i've got a good transition between paragraphs one and two, but i think the rest scans okay.
I linked it to Twitter first, because things move faster there, and I appreciate all the retweets it's gotten there already.
I've also got Space Twitter Connections™ there that I'm hoping to draw on and boost it, whereas I haven't built a network here beyond my existing friends group and some extensions to it.

I then had to go on an adventure to schedule an appointment with an orthopedic surgeon, since the one recommended by the hospital was in Melbourne. That thread is here.
There appear to have been a few disconnected updates, and then on Wednesday I had my appointment with the Surgeon and got to see some pretty snazzy bone pics. They even gave me a CD with 'em this time. That thread is here, with the x-rays behind a spoiler for those sensitive to medical imagery.
