the fuck. android just popped up a notification about ad settings and I go in and find out they've added the same "ad topics" bullshit they crammed into chrome
thinking harder about iPhone now even though it'd mean giving up my patched no-bullshit/ad-free twitter app
it has cool features but the ridiculous repair lockdowns are the main thing that kills it. so many things that cant be replaced because Apple says fuck you.
i haven't really ever had a phone break in a way that needed parts replaced before the timeframe where i want a new phone
well fair enough then, I guess. I just am paranoid about breaking my phone and dont wanna support that kinda practice either way.
