sorry just discovered i have to put two spaces at the end of the line to make line breaks work correctly and i will no longer be using this web site .
this is the single thing i hate most about markdown. please can we just go back to bbcode as a society

also there may be more to announce about bbcode at a later date
if you're going full on markdown variant, please let _italic_ *strong* depend on characters used, not amount of characters
plus you should kill the other semantic whitespace, not just the invisible trailing whitespace but
indented code blocks
plus god the list parsing is just whackytown frolics
