People think the dollstruction derby is fake, kayfabe, that the punches are pulled and the throws are rehearsed before the match. They're wrong; we have no idea what's gonna happen before the dolls get in the ring.
Where we do try to shape things is in the maintenance shed: replacing metal gears with nylon and filing through critical bolts so they will fail before an arm or a leg can be damaged. People love to see limbs fly off and eyes pop out, but you have to keep repairs affordable.
