I thought I knew (dnd kobolds turned into a furry category) but I looked it up and now I don't know what to think. I'm not in the subculture enough and I refuse to learn more
They’re a species of chaotic little gremlin rodents from a long-running webcomic called Out Of Placers. The story focuses largely on super obsessed world building and a character who gets turned into a ying and has a whole species-based identity crisis. The fiendish critter vibes, special personality quirks, and very queer explorations of identity and humanity makes them super relatable and fun to many furries and therians.
I love how there are always more long-running webcomics out there that I have never heard of, despite reading a bunch of them for decades now.
