We were looking for a Patreon alternative for when we're active again due to not being comfortable with their rules on NSFW stuff (can't post anything involving the Bedlams fucking each other, can't post gift art of a friend's OC that just so happens to have a horse cock, need to be careful with how we depict vore, etc.), but so far the only alternatives we can find are SubscribeStar and Fanbox. That about right?
If those are the only options, we're thinking of opening up a Fanbox tip jar later down the line — no unique perks or anything, just an overly-complicated way of sending tips since we can't exactly use sites like Ko-fi and Buy Me A Coffee. We were considering SubscribeStar since that would also allow us to upload uncensored hi-res pics for backup purposes, but we made the mistake a long while back of deleting a profile we'd set up over there thinking we could just restore it easily and now we're waiting for support to restore it for us (and based on comments around the web, it'll probably be several months before they even notice we sent that email, followed by several more months of waiting for approval), so that ain't an option. (EDIT [2024-03-25]: Profile got restored, now we're just waiting for approval.)
Anyway, just posting this here in case anyone has info on one or the other (or if they know of any other NSFW-friendly alternatives).
