So many times you see a local, beloved hole in the wall place that's almost all 4-5 star reviews. And then you see a single review that's "1 star, none of this smelled or tasted like anything! It was just flavorless mush!" and the review is dated immediately around a spike in your area.

It's the Yankee Candle scale all over again.
