There's currently no way to upload an image directly in the comment interface, but comments do accept Markdown images . I've used this a couple times now (including from @relevant-comic) and it's very satisfying

The first post in this stack has everything you need to know to get things going locally, and if you slap a pipe to pbcopy on the end of the call to chimg you can skip highlighting text in your terminal too :3
