universal blocklists of a list of "bad" people to be universally shunned are never a good idea and in practice always lead to transmisogyny
no matter how good of intentions you come into "we can make a collective list of The Bad People for everyone to share" with, it inevitably descends into vulnerable trans women being depicted as The Worst Possible Thing for minor grievances while much worse presences are left unchanged because they have social power.
if you don't understand how much "a list of all the bad people" is strong bait for people trying to cause infighting and segment off trans women as sexual predators or inherently racist or whatever, you fundamentally shouldn't be in a position to be running collective moderation.
