it's also related to that post i made last night about broadening your tastes as an autistic person. you don't need to go cold turkey into full vegan milk is evil mode on day 1, that is ridiculous and impossible. however, working to reduce your diet's dependence on animal exploitation is something that really isn't that hard to do over time.
look into milk alternatives, try some meat substitutes (i personally find faux-chicken to be really good), if you eat fast food a lot see what options your preferred places have (taco bell has a shocking amount of vegetarian options via black beans in place of meat, for example).
i know i personally am only vegetarian, not vegan, and it would take a lot of investment of effort to cut dairy out of my diet considering how much my protein consumption depends on it atm. but that's also something i can work on slowly, and am working on slowly.
it doesn't have to be that hard to start changing. you don't need to do it all at once. it took me almost a year to slowly stop eating meat until i finally properly quit. it's okay if it takes you even longer, as long as you're trying.
