There's currently no way to upload an image directly in the comment interface, but comments do accept Markdown images ![like this](url). I've used this a couple times now (including from @relevant-comic) and it's very satisfying

Y'all should check this out, drop-dead simple uploading to the Cohost CDN for embedding images (works in posts and comments!)

The first post in this stack has everything you need to know to get things going locally, and if you slap a pipe to pbcopy on the end of the call to chimg you can skip highlighting text in your terminal too :3
