Anyone have recommendations on bras or other underwear options that hide the pointy bits for someone who

  • Has chronic pain, mostly in her back
  • Tends to react to anything constriction around her upper body with pain
  • Reacts badly to fabrics against her skin that aren't cotton (maybe other natural things will work if can be found?)
  • Lives in a desert and tends to overheat easily

I've tried camisoles but during Arizona summers they cause too much over heating. Had been trying just wearing oversized shirts large enough that nothing really showed, but starting to notice that isn't working all the time anymore. Not sure if there is a solution at all, just worried about drawing attention in an area where drawing attention as a disabled trans girl is a safety risk.

disclaimer: I am not a trans woman, but do have fibromyalgia. I personally use nipple covers - they cover the pointy bits while not being very warm. I use nippies personally, I found I was often allergic to the adhesive in disposable ones but your mileage may vary!
