These days I do three podcasts, and all of them have bonus Patreon stuff!
Friends at the Table is an Actual Play podcast and has been running for about 9 years now! We're on our eighth main season (covering fantasy, various sorts of sci-fi (with a bias towards giant mechs), and gothic horror) and have two complete bonus Patron-only campaigns set in a meta-fictional take on Atlantic City, NJ. This is the thing in my life I am most proud of making, full stop.
Shelved By Genre is new! I'm joining Cameron and Michael to talk about genre fiction. We're starting with The Book of the New Sun by Gene Wolfe in the dying earth subgenre of... fantasy? Sci-fi? Vague post-apocalyptica? It's good and the podcast has been a blast so far! You can support that on Patreon, too, and as a bonus you'll be supporting a bunch of other incredible podcasts that the crew over there does, like Just King Things, a Steven King podcast that I look forward to every single month despite not being a King Guy.
And, as you mentioned, I also do A More Civilized Age is a Star Wars podcast that is currently taking a pause from covering Rebels in solidarity with the striking guilds! You can support that at patreon.com/civilized!
I also spent years doing video game podcasts! I was on the the Giant Beastcast from Episode 01 over on Giant Bomb!
When I left to go to VICE and launch Waypoint in 2016, I started Waypoint Radio and stayed on that until two years ago! While at Waypoint, I also was on (Be Good And Rewatch It)[https://play.acast.com/s/begoodandrewatchit] which is a sort of immediate predecessor of AMCA, since its where Rob, Natalie, and I first started talking about TV and movies together. I haven't been on anything Remap (the successor to Waypoint) yet, but I'll show up there sooner than later, I'm sure!
And I've guested on a ton of stuff, but most importantly, I spent two full seasons on The Great Gundam Project, Abnormal Mapping's excellent deep dive into the entire Gundam series. I was on all of the Gundam X and Turn A Gundam, which you can listen to on the Abnormal Mapping patreon!
Is that... everything? I mean, it probably isn't, but god, that's kind of a Lot huh.
