I haven’t even finished Sword of the Lictor, let alone Citadel of the Autarch or Urth of the New Sun. I get the sense are gesturing at some connection you’re perceiving between it and Spring in Hieron. I think the thing you might be thinking of is the labyrinthine mechanisms of Catholicism.

Ok great!! UotNS definitely got me thinking about some of the stuff spring in Hieron opens with... But, also some of the core Counter/Weight ideas as well. Can't wait for your cup to overflow with G.W.'s Oops All Bangers
