Yeah, I’m the same way and I don’t think a long day of work like that is necessarily always bad, the bad thing is when all days are like that. Like working 14h one day and then barely work the next or something is fine.
That's the problem. Now that I'm back to fulltime dayjob mode, a night like that is almost always followed with a day of meetings and other work I have to do.
