i’ve been having to retrain my brain out of bird-site mode. i was a HEAVY Tumblr user back from like 2009-2016 until i switched to Twitter for audio career reasons.
i can type as many characters as i want! i can write essays again! i can stream of consciousness about albums and horror movies no one else but me cares about!
i can turn this into a space for me and that’s amazing. follower counts are hidden. likes are hidden. if i want to know that stuff i have to manually count them and that’s too much work so i don’t have to force myself to care.
this space can just be for me and my friends in the void
