i have been intaking a massive amount of caffeine everyday since the age of 16. energy drinks and coffee all through high school/college and a 2 year stint as a shift supervisor at starbucks really solidified how deeply ingrained caffeine was to daily functioning. i was intaking around 250-350mgs a day.
three months ago i limited caffeine massively, switching over to mostly green tea and occasionally black tea.
i had to be at my day job today at 7am so i decided to have a small coffee to prep for it and wow does coffee act like a fucking lighting bolt now
