Just download the JPG image on this post, and open it in 7-zip. That's the full image you get after clicking to expand. (Yes, the extension is .jpg. Yes, this should work, because Cohost doesn't do any extra image compression. No, you can't just rename it to .zip, Windows doesn't like it.)
Just download this zip file. Then, unzip that folder into the Characters folder of your Stepmania / Project Outfox installation. You'll also need to download the shared Bones files for the dancing characters: look at Instructions.txt in the Characters folder of your Stepmania / Project Outfox installation for details.
The model was originally by @modernmodron, as seen in this post. I just did some light modifications to the model and added the appropriate joints to make it work in Stepmania.
EDIT: Updated to put explicit link to zip file, instead of trying to embed it in the image. Cohost did strip the zip file from the image.
