It's all well and good to say your character is sad or angry about their spouse/sibling/whoever dying
Only Knifegate will make you, personally, authentically hate the Nemesis
that whole phase of FL development feels wild, they were spinning the entire machine back up after years of running it on maintenance mode
and they seemingly designed the Ambition endings with long-time players who had spent years grinding stuff in mind
