My little secret for really rich delicious cocoa out of swiss miss mix is not to mix it in water or even milk BUT to mix it in peppermint tea (then add a splash of milk or whipped cream/marshmallows as you like) you have to be careful about the strength of the mint bc if you leave the bag in it becomes undrinkable. But it's SO delicious and emphasizes the creaminess SO perfectly. Maybe use an extra spoonful of cocoa to be sure the mint doesn't overpower.
