honestly, being yourself is the closest thing anyone can get to actual magic. like, things go the way they should, good and kind people appear out of nowhere, opportunities fall on your lap. it's so hard to be yourself, especially in the beginning but holy shit, it's worth it.

But the actual me is mean, and hissing, and frustrated, even if I want to pamper and support and squeeze and all the indecent things with all the decent people.
