my all-time favorite bit of Batshit Xeno Lore is actually Siren, mythra's cool mech that occasionally shows up in xenoblade 2/torna
since it's an anime mech, there's an official model kit, which was released shortly after xenoblade 2. The model kit contains a page of text, which contains Lore
along with a bunch of other explicit gears/saga references, it calls siren a "terminal interface weapon", which is a REALLY specific term from Xenogears. "Terminal interface weapon" is used interchangeably with "angel", i.e. autonomous constructs that defend the whole zohar/deus/kadomony/wave-existence[gigantic mess of Gears lore that's closely related to xenoblade's Trinity Processor and is also basically capital-G God, like, From The Bible] system
anyway the outcome of all this is: In the videogame Super Smash Bros Ultimate (2018), if you get a smash ball while playing as mythra and press the B button, she commands a Literal Christian Angel, Like From The Bible, to obliterate mario with an orbital cannon
