I was really wondering about this one from the title and the text on the cover, and turns out: this is by and for the crossdressing community in Japan. The company's totally focused on that (they even sell supplies like wigs aside from games!), and it's written by a well-known crossdresser who has their own Wikipedia article. Pretty cool, actually! I don't usually think about games created for a community like this, instead of fetishizing it, back in 2002.
