Bit of a bad time for this lol...this is an editorial-ish spread I illustrated last year.

It's just decorative, after all. The human shape and the metal mechanisms both are merely decorations for the uncompromisingly ordered spirit that is your being. They have been for a long time. This is who you are. This is how you do what you do.
After she stops screaming, after you condense yourself back into your more usual shape and make her a cup of tea for her nerves, she clarifies that she meant a particular thing that you do with your fingers.
