yes!! it is homemade dairy-free beer cheese! I used this incredibly simple microwave recipe, but I used shredded vegan cheese instead. it still has the unique taste of vegan cheese but it's nice and smoky and the beer is good... actually, I bet it'd be good with a touch of worcestershire & smoke flavor...

hehe, oh, beer cheese is its own thing! it's really tasty, you see it a lot in pubs and with things like crackers and pretzels. i just made this dairy-free for the sake of my gf's lactose intolerance ~
