Next year, we plan on releasing a fully fleshed out version of Mushroom Musume including a ton more events and some fun new systems! ๐ฉโ๐พ Over the next few months, we'll probably be posting sneak peeks of our work on various social medias, so keep an eye out. (But you're already on the coolest place to post, so...)
As part of this big 'final update' push, we'll also be releasing the game on Steam! Give us a wishlist if you can, it helps a lot~ In the meanwhile, check out this trailer we made!
I worked on this! While I've put my pen to the paper and written some words in the game (there's a very slick-talkin' idiot baby with a preclusion toward shooting folks, unfortunately hand-crafted by yours truly), I mainly have put my efforts into the soundtrack - and boy what an OST it is!
As it stands now, if you play the demo, there's ~90 minutes of soundtrack to discover and unlock, ranging from quaint, cozy beep-boops, to hauntingly macabre violin pieces. It's been incredibly fun stretching my composer muscles for this project, but that being said, there's a good chance that some additional tunes will make it into the final product ๐๐
Keep an eye out for Mushroom Musume's steam release (and you can always check out the demo-build on itch.io); the world is in a rough, uncertain place, but this game can offer you a cozy, whimsical escape, if only for the moment. ๐
