I finally wrote a piece for the only musical instrument I currently own... An Alto C Ocarina. Titled "Simply Aquatic" please excuse that it doesn't sound exactly like an ocarina, this was the closest soundfont I could find and it's not right, but sounds better than the built in midi Ocarina. I do plan on practicing this until I can play it and attempt a recording of myself playing. Also MuseScore believes A above middle C and high F are outside the range of the Alto C Ocarina... those are literally the lowest and highest notes.
