if you're making a top 10 movies list it's a very reasonable impetus to stick to one movie per director. that being said, you could put every single one of Satoshi Kon's movies on your top 10 and have him be the only director who appears on the list more than once. that's allowed and you'd get away with it. you do have to order them, though. can't get away with just saying they're all tied for first and then putting the next movie at no. 5
