I appreciate that it shows clearly that he's not like, an amputee or anything. It was sort of ambiguous especially with I think the vacuum attachment, and with the Bonnes. Nothing wrong with amputees, but it's a weird stylistic question.
The art design in general for Legends is just Peak Aesthetic. Very heavily defined the things I would love growing up.
"So why was Mega Man Legends 3 cancelled?"

Capcom is almost out of megaman legacy collections they can release. After the Battle Network collection, all they got left is Star Force and Legends. Give us a Legends collection, Capcom!
