sorry for the bad map projection, i just screenshotted it directly from QGIS because i was lazy (the colors are the wikipedia colors for us politics maps n stuff)
the watersheds here are actually watershed subregions from the watershed boundary dataset from the USGS
idk where this project is going because it'd require me to make a scenario with an 11039 member congress and like..... wtf lmao

uses the same color scheme as this municipality map of the election i found on wikipedia
i made a map recently of the election results of the 2020 puerto rico gubernatorial election by precinct
because as far as i could tell, nobody had done it at all so far
the biggest problem with the map is the fact that the results i have dont factor in the absentee ballots, because i would have had to do a whole bunch of python wizardry for that to work
i only really made this to satisfy an itch in my brain though so i didnt see the need to do all that especially when the general results would be about the same
also made a map of the statehood referendum (though again, because i didnt factor in absentee ballots, the map would be off by a few percentage points), if anybody wants me to share that i will (i prob will anyway eventually but itd be nice for someone to tell me i should ig)
puerto rican politics is just really interesting to me as somebody who doesn't know much about it
