i have been teetering on the edge of anxiety attack all day, my brain and lungs swirling their limbs like sonic the hedgehog perched a pixel away from a bottomless chasm.
doing all i can to calm myselfβbreath exercises, meds, mint tea. i can't seem to bear anything happening around me. any sound, movement, smell, touch.
i just need an isolation tank, please π΅βπ«
