i've blown through my incandescent rage i guess, and now i'm just back to miserable.

maybe i would do well to give social media a break for a while.

it's not like i will miss out on anything now.

i am... really not okay

and i don't think i will be for a while

there's only one other time in my life that i've hurt like this, and i have spent years every day trying to forget it

i don't know what to do with this kind of pain

but i don't think it's productive to do it here
