They suck.
Senior positions asking for 5+ years of experience? From a company known to burn out their folks no less. It's the same situation every time everywhere and I'm not even sure if I should attend an "exclusive" event because I know they're going to want to see a college degree if I even get in the door.
You miss every shot you don't take, but you can only get hit by the ball rebounding into your face so many times before you need to sit on the bench and reconsider your life choices.
