I dermaplaned my face today for the first time in a while and jfc, so much dead skin came off! I only started dermaplaning because I had a couple of those razors laying around from an old work freebie but I may actually need to go and buy some more soon. My HRT acne improves dramatically when I can slough that shit away.
I'm also trying to be better about applying lotion to my hands more often than once at night, but I seem to have misplaced the bottle I carry with me in my bag. I don't know where it went but I miss it. It was chamomile, lavender, and rose scented.
