noooooo!!!! I'm glad your spouse isn't dying immediately and I hope they feel better soon!
He keeps going back and forth on his diets of "I want the saltiest food made with repurposed fats from other meats in my mouth at all times" and "I will consume nothing but vegetables and lean meats and rice flavored with herbs", hoping that one day I can teach him that an equilibrium between the two is possible 
I hope so! I know I have trouble with that myself so I hope y'all can figure out a happy medium
