(wow I hafta code-block my oldschool ascii emoji b/c it uses greater-than signs.)

RIP Cohost 2024. You were the best social media site to have ever been done. Long live eggbug. If you're seeing this in the future, on some archive, be kind to others. It's the only way things get better.

I have played this prank on myself more than once....
Aside, if you want to enjoy your >_>; face in post bodies, there's very simple HTML gestures for various characters that otherwise get interpreted as "it's code time now". For the pointy not-brackets the codes are > (gt as in Greater Than) and < (lt as in Less Than).
So try >_>; sans `` in a post body! Or <_<; to look the other way. :3
Oh yeah, I always forget the HTML way of doing it! I think it's more just that I instinctively do those kinds of older emoji as part of my text-communication; a holdover from long days and nights spent on RP forums and MUXes!
Thank you, though! Much appreciated. :D
