Only played a couple hrs solo, but it's quite pretty, runs alright, and what it does differently is unique and kind of interesting.
Voxel terrain stuff looks fun. They've made some good choices re: building mechanics - toggle snap on and off is a huge boon.
Inventory system is a bit weak, keybinds are very much 'we built for console first' IMO. Two hotbars that situationally fill on their own is annoying. A strange mix of equipment-screen-slot equipping + select items on hotbar for in-hand use.
What basic combat I saw was kinda fun. Always happy for the inclusion of magic off the bat, but I also saw like, 'Beastmaster' in the skill tree.
There's a glider and a grappling hook.
The gimmick of the Shroud/foggy dangerzones is quite neat. Feels a bit like an above water Subnautica kinda?
I don't want to frivolously say 'polished', but it's quite decent allround for Early Access.
