Tryna play Helldivers 2 but they're being dragged down by their own popularity.
Bugs and crashes aside, not being able to unlock an upgrade because the server is doing some kind of first-come-first-serve shit instead of using some kind of queue to process actions makes the game unplayable. Even the login limit isn't queued, it's just 'retries every ~30 seconds'. Not getting mission rewards at all sometimes either... Having squadmates randomly DC'd.
It's just...
It's just one of those games where when it's good it's great, but when it's bad, it is truly and literally not worth trying to play, because whatever fun you do get is snatched away by giving you no progress for it.
Hoping their success fuels improvements to the game! They're doing well on it already, but they really need better server management...
