I went to the river while it's dark today, because that's when the frogs start croaking and I can record that with the nice little recorder I recently bought. Sadly I miscalculated that there's a major road nearby (which adds a lot of noise) and also it's dark as fuck and I'm too scared to be outside alone while it's so dark. The reeds rustle way too menacingly, and it feels like somebody is out to mug me.
