Has anyone built a 500% keyboard before. Every key on a normal 100% keyboard and then as much random bullshit as you can fit. Mouse control keys, every function button, like 4 dozen macro keys, a second keyboard in a different layout, spacebar split into 3 sections, fat enter key and skinny enter key, etc etc. The most unnecessarily maximalist keyboard imaginable.

There's Hyper 7, which is a 175% keyboard. It's got more keys than most people could ever wish for and two comically tiny spacebars.
Yeah, that's basically what I was imagining- maybe 500% is a little too much, if that's 175%.
Kinda? But as a single keyboard, y'know. Maybe it could have 10 keys with tiny displays that change to reference your most frequently used emoji or something
Essentially: Full keyboard. Giant macro pad to the left. Hexadecimal numpad to the right. Second Function key row (macros on a normal OS). Selected useful Unicode characters in various places grouped together logically. Combining emoji keys up top. Native USB, PS/2, Apple Desktop Bus, IBM XT, serial, and Telnet-over-ethernet connectivity. Giant machined steel chassis. Unit cost probably about $1000 hand-made.
A beautiful beast of an input peripheral, godspeed - I wanna see this thing when it's done
