For real though, in my experience the biggest barrier to getting anything done is actually starting and powering through the early stages.
This is as true for my web projects as it is for riding my exercise bike and writing the furry smut I post on my secret other accounts. Once you've pushed yourself through the first ten minutes, an hour becomes a much less daunting prospect.
