Some logistics first...
Y'all's collective name and pronouns, if applicable?
"Hungry Ghosts" is the name we generally give if we're asked about a system name, but in practice we have a bunch of different shared screennames that we use more frequently. They/them works for referring to us as a group or if you're unsure of someone's pronouns, but it's appreciated if you use the pronouns and name of whoever you're talking to.
Who are people most likely to be interacting with? What are their names and pronouns?
- Phosphor (they or he), far and away the person you'll encounter the most. More extroverted than the rest of the system in the same way that a Carolina reaper is spicier than a bell pepper.
- Bastion (he/him), nearly always present, but doesn't talk to people unless there's a reason to. (The list of reasons is very short.)
- Lark (he or they), frequently present but highly averse to being perceived. (He's trying to be better about that.)
If folks in the system have their own Cohost pages, what are their handles?

Is there anything that people should keep in mind when interacting with you all? (Like if you have memory issues, terms to avoid, littles who might be around, and so on.)
Please do not call us parts, personalities, or alters! Our preferred terms are headmates, sysmates, system members, and people. As far as the plural spectrum goes, we're pretty far on the "headmates are distinct individuals" end.
Onto the fun stuff!
Describe the system in one sentence! (Use as few plural community-specific labels as possible - this is less about perfectly describing what type of system y'all are, and more about your vibes!)

What are some interests that y'all share? (Like fandoms, hobbies, dinosaurs...)
Gaming is kind of a default hobby for us. It's nice to have a world you can be yourself in. (Also, being able to cast spells or swing around a cool sword is always a plus.) The kinds of games we're interested in may differ, though.
It's not necessarily an interest for everyone, but most people in here can code and a number can think about architecture and other Bigger Engineering Concepts, so it's not uncommon to hear us debating the merits of this or that implementation while working on something.
A weird fact about the system?
A subset of us bleed gold, have eyes that flash gold, and can spit golden fire. It's our brain's way of marking people who started off as a shard of our original(tm). As far as we're concerned, though, this has no significance beyond being just another weird thing our brain does - who we choose to be and what we choose to do matters more than our origin stories.
Any rituals or traditions (not necessarily religious ones) specific to the system?
The majority of us use pseudonyms in the outerworld, and keep usage of our "true" names within the system. The sole exception is Lark, who uses his "true" name both internally and externally.
What about in-jokes?
We don't know if this is an in-joke, per se, but many of us are averse to being Labelled and any attempt to take a census of our genders/orientations/etc usually devolves into people trying to see who can give the vaguest answer that is still technically correct.
What causes the most controversy (non-serious) amongst y'all? (Like food opinions, which way the toilet paper should hang - little things like that.)
Hot drinks. We're a live and let live kind of group, so "controversy (non-serious)" is putting it dramatically, but some of our choices still baffle each other:
- Phosphor will drink just about anything, except most black tea. (Chai is the exception.) The sweeter, the better.
- Bastion likes black tea, preferably with spices but without sweeteners.
- Lark only likes unadulterated white and green teas.
- Frost can't taste any difference in tea - it's all weird hot water to him. (This baffles everyone.)
- Capella wants to drink the most horrible and sparkly Starbucks frappucinos. (She is aware this goes against the spirit of hot drinks.)
- Seren drinks coffee black or with a small amount of dairy equivalent. (Her favorite thing about our on-site workplace was ready access to decaf coffee without having to interact or compete with anyone else.)
- Marquis is almost exclusively an herbal tea drinker, and has a special relationship with chamomile. (He drank it almost constantly while hauling us through college.)

If your physical body could be anything that y'all wanted it to be, what would you make it?
"Shapeshiftable" is the obvious answer here. Besides that, "something outwardly unremarkable and ordinary and easily overlooked, with minimum Gendered Fleshy Bits, that could still be customized in a variety of directions if desired" - and we've more or less succeeded at that with our transition!
