Currently reading: Exploring the World of Lucid Dreaming by Stephen LaBerge and Howard Rheingold. It's a very solid guide to getting started with lucid dreaming, and LaBerge has studied lucid dreaming in the lab in addition to being a lucid dreamer himself.
If you're not able to find the book at your library, there's a PDF of it online on what seems to be... a Bulgarian counseling site? VirusTotal seems to think it's safe, at least. (As of this writing.)
