(I want to be absolutely clear that this is entirely a product of me being committed to playing FL in specifically convoluted ways, rather than an oversight of the game itself. I mean, I def would appreciate a magcat-boosting option for characters who have reasons to not marry anyone, but there's not really much you can do design-wise about someone who's like WELL I WANT THE STORY... BUT I DON'T ACTUALLY WANT THE MARRIAGE. freaks (affectionate) like me have made our choices and need to live with them)
