so we have an issue where our right shoulder and neck seize up on the regular, resulting in quite a bit of pain. right now, we use salonpas patches to manage it, but our understanding is that those aren't great for hot weather, so we've been looking into alternatives.

some folks recommended CBD balms, and we're interested in trying those, but we would like to know if there's anything we should keep in mind regarding safe use thereof. (we do already know to check for THC content - will probably avoid it for legality and drug sensitivity reasons)

also, if anyone has advice for preventing the balm from getting all over our clothes, that is welcome - it was why we switched to patches from Tiger Balm
