(the hardest part, so far, has been remapping the controls in my brain from "instinctively move out of the way of this attack" to "counter it with Foresight Slash/Iai Spirit Slash/whatever else" - especially since the latter takes a LOT more timing than the former. but it is VERY satisfying to do)

Charge blade has ruined me for a lot of other weapons in a similar way. The availability of superior timed guarding ability, fast and fluid super sword n board, and then catastrophic explodey axe is just so sublime.
I do like the way longsword plays tho. Similar vibes at times. Feels like a rotation almost, much like CB.
