Three pixel stamps: a breaking chain icon in trans colors against a red background, an image of someone being booted out reading "This user is UNWELCOME at the university", and a darkened lamppost.(fallen london stamps by @vagorsol)

thing that made me really happy today: I've been having twinges in my hand so I was like "oh yeah, I need to remember to do stretches if I'm gonna hun mons" and went looking for a rundown.

I then found this video:

which was linked/referenced on multiple subreddits, including competitive gaming ones. and the vast majority of comments were sincerely thankful and not at all toxic! lots of people saying "this is great advice, my hands stopped hurting once I began following it" or sharing their own stretches or chiming in to talk about how this was relevant for devs and anyone else who uses a computer a lot.

(and of course, the actual video is great too! he doesn't disparage gamers and mentions being a big gamer himself, and his voice is very nice to listen to.)

bonus: someone made a refsheet to help them remember the exercises, Imgur link rotted it but thankfully Archive.org snagged it
