this is easily my new favorite way of cooking eggs! they're just... so soft. the whites just fall apart in your mouth (I actually enjoy them?? they're not just something I have to put up with to get to the yolk??) and the yolks are so round and oozy... mmm
it's just a shame that getting a pot boiling is more involved than heating a skillet - but on the plus side, I don't have to scrub fried-on egg bits off of the pan later
