Viz Manga just added all of Junji Ito's work to their subscription app. For $2 a month, you can get access to everything the podcast will be reading, including Tomie. It's a great deal- probably the cheapest way to read this stuff- and a great legal way to follow along with the cast.
Plus there's a good selection of new stuff (Frieren! Punpun! Dorohedoro!) and classics (Maison Ikkoku! Ranma 1/2! Drifting Classroom! Nana!). Sadly the Mandalorian manga isn't up there... yet... but I'm sure George Lucas loves himself some Ikkoku.
