Update: Small movements as the racers play it safe on a rainy track
On the west: No movement at the very front of the pack, but White Rose, Red Hyacinth, and Black Tulip all add new sprouts behind it.
On the east: White Cosmo adds two new sprouts as Blue Pansy preempts them cutting further into their lanes
